Roast Lamb Rack with Herb Crust 香料烤羊背
2nd Semester Western Cuisine
材料:
羊背 Lamb Rack
芥末酱 Mustard
盐 Salt
黑胡椒 Black pepper
蒜 Garlic
莳萝 Dill
薯条 French Fries
做法:
1 羊背以盐、胡椒调味。
2 羊背表面抹上芥末酱,蒜和莳萝切碎撒在羊背上。
3 油热平底锅,羊背表面煎熟,再放入烤箱烤熟。
4 烤好羊背摆盘,附上薯条即可。
