妈蜜鸡
材料;

只鸡腿
腌料;
1
小匙生抽,半茶匙盐,少许胡椒粉,

大汤匙粟粉,
1
大汤匙蛋黄粉
汁料;
1
汤匙妈蜜酵母精华,
1
大汤匙麦芽糖,
1
大汤匙蜜糖,
1
茶匙生抽,
1
茶匙白糖,少许胡椒粉,
50ml
清水
做法;
将鸡加入腌料拌均匀腌
1
个小时,然后入烧热的油中炸至熟
留一汤匙的油,倒入汁料中火煮至浓,倒入鸡肉块炒均匀即可
