妈蜜鸡



材料;
2只鸡腿

腌料;
1小匙生抽,半茶匙盐,少许胡椒粉,1大汤匙粟粉,1大汤匙蛋黄粉

汁料;
1汤匙妈蜜酵母精华,1大汤匙麦芽糖,1大汤匙蜜糖,1茶匙生抽,1茶匙白糖,少许胡椒粉,50ml清水

做法;
将鸡加入腌料拌均匀腌1个小时,然后入烧热的油中炸至熟
留一汤匙的油,倒入汁料中火煮至浓,倒入鸡肉块炒均匀即可
