香炸蟹柳条
材料
蟹条
肉碎少许(搅至绵)
青葱(切条)
金針茹少许
1
粒蛋
面包糠少许
做法
1-
肉碎加入少许鸡精粉,蒜碎,玉米粉搅拌均匀
2-
将蟹柳条慢慢撕开成大片
3-
灑上少许玉米粉,鋪满肉碎,加入青葱条和金針茹在中间,卷起
4-
将蟹条沾上蛋汁,在沾上面包糠
5-
热油,把蟹条炸
至金黄色取出瀝干油即可
